Job Summary:
Medigold Health is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality occupational health services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement occupational health strategies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their occupational health needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice on occupational health best practices and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in occupational health.
Requirements:
- Occupational Health degree and NMC registration.
- Proven experience in occupational health, preferably in a private sector setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full UK driving license.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in attending, presenting, and hosting client wellness and health promotion days.
- Knowledge of Outlook and Word is essential, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desired.
