The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to be part of a high-profile team managing refurbishment and upgrade projects across universities and government departments.

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the commercial management of these projects, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, and the senior leadership group to ensure they are delivered to a high standard.

  • Full contract administration and financial oversight of multiple live projects
  • Managing head contracts and subcontractor packages, including procurement and scope definition
  • Preparing, tracking, and managing variations, claims, and changes to project scope

You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and expertise, working on a wide range of projects and collaborating with experienced professionals in the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  2. Coordinating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
