Event Experience Specialist

Are you looking to take your event management career to the next level? As a Technical Director of Venues, you will have the opportunity to work with a global event production powerhouse, creating memorable event experiences that engage and transform organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-end technical and event expertise throughout the entire event production process. This includes developing event objectives, determining event specifications, and managing the financial integrity of the event.
Key Responsibilities- Develops event objectives – reviews and develops event proposals in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Determines event specifications – creates event design based on customer requirements and ensures cost estimates stay within budget parameters.
- Develops and maintains event schedules within specifications estimating labor, equipment, and transport requirements.
- Attends client meetings and briefings as required.
- Manages the financial integrity of the event.
- Provides technical advice to the sales department and assists with cost estimates as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in corporate events.
- Customer-centric and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment and the hire thereof.
