Key Role in Dental and Executive Support

This role combines dental assistance and high-level support for our Principal Dentist.

As a dedicated chairside assistant, you will collaborate closely with the dentist to ensure smooth clinical operations.

  • Preparation of Treatment Rooms: Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and daily setups.
  • Anticipating Needs: Anticipate and support the dentist's needs during treatment.
  • Enhancing Patient Experience: Help manage the dentist's day-to-day flow and ensure patients feel well cared for throughout their visit.
Administrative Support

Providing administrative support to the Principal Dentist is an essential part of this role.

  • Task Management: Handle admin and backend tasks for the Principal Dentist.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, letters, and emails.
  • Organisational Skills: Assist with organisation and projects that support the smooth running of the clinic.
Requirements
  • No prior dental experience necessary – full training provided.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Friendly and approachable – able to build trust with patients and the Principal Dentist.
  • Ability to commute: must be able to reliably travel to the clinic location each day.
