We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Combination Truck Driver to join our team at Followmont Transport in Cairns.

The Role:

  • Full Time - Permanent position
  • Monday to Friday + set Saturday shift on rotating roster
  • Deliver high levels of service to our local customers by completing general freight deliveries and pickups.
  • Operate a Tautliner truck to complete multidrop pick ups and deliveries throughout Cairns.
  • Forklift and Pallet Jack operation – loading and unloading general freight.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and industry legislative obligations.

Requirements:

  • Committed to safety, teamwork and providing quality customer service.
  • Hold a current HC/MC Licence.
  • Forklift Licence + Experience (mandatory).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
  • Willingness to complete Criminal History Check if successful.
