The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator / Contract Administrator to join our QLD Business team. This role will involve overseeing the construction delivery of building packages, managing subcontractors and service suppliers, and developing and maintaining construction programs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant qualifications in a field such as engineering or construction management
  • Minimum 3-8 years of on-site construction delivery experience
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders
  • Prior building services project experience is preferred but not essential
