About the Role:

This casual vacancy is for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work as a Ward Clerk across various hospital wards. Key responsibilities include managing a busy reception desk, answering calls, organizing appointments, and preparing admission paperwork.

  • Managing a high-volume reception desk environment
  • Answering and redirecting incoming calls
  • Organizing patient appointments and preparing necessary documentation
  • Maintaining accurate record management systems
  • Collaborating with staff from other departments
