- Previous administration experience in a health setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Understanding of private health fund billing and public health funding
- Proficiency in Patient Administration Systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal history check, or willingness to obtain
