About the Role:

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare service, you will be responsible for providing leadership and contributing to the development of clinical practice by planning, developing, facilitating and evaluating evidence-based clinical education.

You will actively engage in quality activities and research projects, enabling a research culture within the organization. Additionally, you will model active engagement in professional partnerships/networks across the education/research continuum.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
  • A relevant postgraduate certificate or diploma is an expectation of this position. If the successful applicant does not currently hold this qualification, commitment to completion within an agreed timeframe is expected and will form part of the performance and development plan.
