Youth Health Specialist Nurse

This role involves providing clinical care and health advice to address the health issues faced by young people with multiple vulnerabilities. You will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure seamless support for these individuals.
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop strong relationships with young people, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant authority.
- Experience working with vulnerable groups, particularly those facing complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with young people and their families.
- Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
