Customer Acquisition and Growth Expertise

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer acquisition plan, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize channel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including paid media, email, and website conversion.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-informed marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
