Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Care Worker to deliver high-quality care and support services to our clients in Tweed Heads. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care, with a minimum of 3 months' experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, providing a range of services including home help and personal care. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general housekeeping and making beds
  • Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors
  • Washing, folding and ironing laundry
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide personal care services such as:

  • Assisting clients to take their medications
  • Assisting with mobility and therapy goals
  • Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
