Job Description:
As a Home Care Worker with our organisation, you will be responsible for providing personalised services and meaningful activities that promote the health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices of our clients. These may include:
- Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
- Social connection and companionship
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification
- Own vehicle and Comprehensive Insurance
- Australian Driver licence
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Up to date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
