Expert Solutions Consultant Opportunity

As a key member of our solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical expertise to support the success of our clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers to deeply understand their business objectives, technical environments, and challenges.

  • Technical Solution Leadership - You will own the technical aspects of the pre-sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification through to solution design, running proof of concepts, and transition to delivery teams.
  • Customer Advocacy - As the voice of the customer within our organization, you will advocate for their needs and share insights with product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborative Partnerships - By working closely with our sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams, you will shape and deliver winning strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Technical Proficiency - Leveraging your deep technical knowledge, you will guide customers through solution architecture discussions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and address technical objections with clarity and credibility.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant Experience - 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management - A proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Technical Capability - Strong experience designing solutions in complex technology ecosystems.
  • Highly Effective Communication - Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem Solving and Creativity - A natural problem-solver who can think on your feet—developing innovative approaches to technical challenges.
  • Independence and Teamwork - Comfortable working autonomously or as part of a cross-functional team.
