Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure seamless service
• Upsell and suggest drinks to customers, promoting our menu offerings
• Follow all food and beverage regulations, ensuring compliance with company standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• Eligibility to work in Australia
