Lead Consultant, Strategy and Reform

This role presents an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to take their careers in consulting, advisory, and reviews to the next level.

The Strategy and Reform team drives innovative initiatives to ensure the financial sustainability of the State's resources. As a key member of this team, you will collaborate with various government agencies to optimise resource allocation and enhance service delivery efficiency by offering strategic advice, conducting project-based reviews, and developing frameworks to boost accountability.

  • You will work closely with the Policy and Budget Group to spearhead fiscal reform initiatives and provide strategic advice.
  • Develop and implement project-based reviews and frameworks to drive financial accountability.
  • Collaborate with NSW government agencies to optimise resource allocation and enhance service delivery efficiency.
