Job Title:
Key Requirements for a Customer Service Officer
- We are looking for an individual to fill the position of Customer Service Officer at Brisbane Airport.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional welcome services and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
- Duties include delivering excellent customer service, ensuring efficient mobility management, and guaranteeing the safety of all guests within the Valet Operations.
- Able to drive and reverse park vehicles with ease is required.
- All applicants must be willing to work on public and school holidays.
Core Responsibilities:
- A minimum of one (1) year demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Possession of a current full open Queensland manual drivers' licence.
- An excellent car driving history and high level of driving safety skills.
- Able to work cooperatively and harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
- A passion for new technologies - we value innovative thinking.
