Water Safety Operations Coordinator


Job Description:

The role of Water Safety Operations Coordinator involves coordinating day-to-day operations at the aquatic facility with a focus on safety and service delivery. This includes leading the lifeguard team, communicating effectively with customers and staff, and liaising with various levels of the business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure safe and high-quality service delivery
  • Lead and coach the lifeguard team to achieve excellence in water safety and customer service
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Liaise with various levels of the business to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Poll Lifeguard Certificate - Essential
  • Ability to liaise with various levels of the business
