Advanced Breast Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Advanced Breast Imaging Specialist to join our team of diagnostic imaging experts. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality breast imaging services to our patients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in breast imaging and intervention, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with radiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced breast imaging services, including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI
  • Participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with radiologists and surgeons to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in breast imaging and intervention
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic imaging equipment and software
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA)
