">In this role, you will assist in the planning and execution of our delivery program, working closely with the Program Manager to set up and maintain multiple project schedules and manage governance artefacts.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Developing project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitoring program performance, identifying and resolving potential risks and issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Managing project documentation, including meeting notes and project plans.
- Tracking and reporting project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Requirements:
">- Proven work experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Proficient in project management tools, such as Smartsheets.
- Understanding and applied knowledge of agile/lean methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
