We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Support Engineer to join our Engineering Field Support Partnership Services team in Operations Division.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional engineering services and technical support for non-standard and external customer commissioning and maintenance works.
- You will have a high level of written and oral communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Detailed knowledge of substation asset construction, testing/commissioning and maintenance activities is essential.
- Provide expert technical advice and recommendations on constructability, testing and commissioning activities for external works.
- Support the delivery of the Integrated Works Program, including technical coaching, training and briefing of field staff.
- Conduct real-time investigation and reporting of plant failures and conditions.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) in the area of Electrical is essential.
- 'C' Class licence is necessary for regular travel.
- A competitive salary starting from $199,836 per annum, plus 14.75% superannuation.
- Flexi-working arrangements with a 9 or 10-day fortnight roster.
