Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Haemodialysis Nurse to join our clinical team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Participate in education programs to maintain and update professional knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with best practices in nephrology nursing.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Three years of experience in haemodialysis nursing, with a strong focus on patient-centred care.
  • Advanced nephrology nursing skills, with expertise in haemodialysis management and patient assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety.
