Senior Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our Melbourne Corporate Advisory Team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Private M&A, Public M&A, and ECM. Experience in cross-border investment, transactions, corporate governance, Corporations Act advice, and general corporate and commercial experience is highly desirable.

Our Corporate Advisory Team provides high-quality and commercially astute advice on all aspects of corporate law, including private and public M&A transactions and equity capital markets fundraisings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert corporate advice on M&A transactions and equity capital markets fundraisings.
  • Delivering high-quality results by working closely with partners and clients.
  • Developing skills and building networks within the corporate advisory team.
  • Playing a lead role on key aspects of transactional work.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' PQE from a reputable corporate and commercial law practice.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and M&A best practices.
  • Excellent drafting skills, focus on client service, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to take a lead role on matters and drive them forward, and be a team player with excellent communication skills.
