We are seeking a Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee at Plumbing South Nowra.

The Reece Group is a leading international company with a strong focus on customer service and exceptional values. Our core business is supplying plumbing and bathroom products to plumbers and retail customers, but we also have several specialty businesses such as Irrigation, HVAC-R, Bathroom Life, Onsite, and Civil.

The traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch and completing the requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing our values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales
  • Managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages and orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge
  • Following up with customers
  • Maintaining a high standard in the branch.

You will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. Must have Saturday Availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
