About the Role:

We are partnering with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to offer a School-based Traineeship in Plumbing, where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. This traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch and completing certificate requirements, such as workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embracing Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages and orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy workplace

About You:

We are looking for students with good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a great attitude. You should be a team player, willing to give new things a go, and well-presented. Students will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability required. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
