The Job DetailsThis opportunity as a Display Home Administration Coordinator is part of our MJH NSW ACT Display Home Interior Design team, reporting directly to the Interior Design Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support related to display home design priorities, encompassing tasks such as data entry, filing documentation, and requesting product samples from suppliers.
- Supporting the display home team with various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
- Preparing documentation for presentations as briefed by the Interior Design Manager, showcasing your attention to detail and organisational skills.
To excel in this role, you'll demonstrate:
- A commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, adept at multitasking and managing competing priorities.
- An ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional departments and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and driving project success.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, demonstrating proficiency and adaptability.
