Transport Planning Director

• Champion continuous improvement in delivery-in-full, on-time (DIFOT) performance within the Transport Planning Team.
• Oversee and optimize load planning activities to meet daily dispatch capacities across multiple load points.
• Understand network constraints and minimize their impact on business operations.
• Drive best practices in the use of the Transport Management System (TMS) to support automation and efficiency.
• Develop and train direct reports to foster personal growth and career advancement.
• Background in transportation, logistics, and complex supply chains is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving results in a systems-oriented environment.
• Experience in managing and leading teams is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Systems-oriented thinking, a technical mindset, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Understanding of SAP S4 HANA SD, EWM, and TM systems is a must.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, MS Visio, and other systems/platforms is desirable.
