About the Role:
  • Experience working with ITIL frameworks is essential for this position, as well as skills in stakeholder engagement, governance, and performance reporting.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and governing the organisation's knowledge management framework, building and curating knowledge articles, establishing and managing content lifecycle and review processes, and providing training and guidance to uplift capability across teams.
