We are seeking an organised and proactive administrator to provide high-quality support across a variety of business areas.

This is a part-time role offering 20 hours per week.

The Opportunity

As the key support person, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our office and providing essential support to senior managers and the wider team.

  • Delivering efficient, high-quality administrative services
  • Providing operational support to senior managers and assisting in the delivery of key initiatives
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
  • Coordinating projects and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting a range of business functions
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, able to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Experience providing administrative support across a range of business areas
  • Strong skills using productivity software and other systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and maintaining strong relationships
