About Our Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced production operative to join our team in Dandenong.

  • Operate machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
  • Feed product into converting machines and arrange products at machine discharge points.
  • Stack products onto pallets for further processing, ensuring all board is stacked neatly and securely.
  • Assist in machine setup, dismantling, and job changes tasks for production runs.
  • Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
  • Maintain safe working practices and a high level of housekeeping at all times.

You will have previous experience operating machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
