Job Summary

We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Albany Creek - Flamingo Drive. As a Casual Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the education program in the room and the centre team, engaging and supervising children at all times, and maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
