Business Performance Analyst

What does the role entail?
Advance your career with Linfox as a Business Performance Analyst by establishing and refining processes to evaluate the sustainability and efficiency of BevChain operations. Assist in current operations, promote ongoing enhancements, and aid in new business development through strategic evaluation and pricing proposal formulation. By working closely with Finance and Operations, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial implications of decisions, driving growth and performance enhancement. Key responsibilities include:
Constructing comprehensive commercial models to assess financial outcomes from operational scenarios and support strategic decision-making.Delivering commercial financial reporting and analysis to facilitate the review, endorsement, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and projects, including variance analysis.Executing continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and presenting directly to a portfolio of key clients.Providing analysis and support to assist the business in understanding financial performance against the plan, aiding operations management and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).Developing effective reporting tools for billing templates utilizing Power BI to enhance comprehension of operational and financial fundamentals and support the transition to digital platforms.Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports related to operational performance-based financial reporting and financial KPIs.Regularly engaging and collaborating with various stakeholders, including key clients, to maintain and strengthen successful relationships across the organization.Adhering to BevChain requirements, policies, and procedures at all times, including the WHS Management system.Are you the right fit?
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with proven project management expertise and exceptional technical skills, capable of overseeing multiple work streams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis within a commercial context, with a knack for identifying opportunities to improve overall financial performance. Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering and maintaining client relationships are crucial. You should demonstrate:
Extensive experience in financial, economic, and statistical analysis or modeling.Proven experience in financial reporting with a solid level of commercial business insight.Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, or Business, along with CA or CPA certification.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and computer proficiency, with expertise in Power BI and SAP required. Advanced Excel skills are essential. (VBA, DAX)-
