As a Christmas casual, you'll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that's passionate about our product. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a retail environment and contribute to the success of our stores.

To be a successful Christmas casual, you'll need to be:

  • Passionate about customer service and delivering a memorable experience for our customers.
  • Driven to exceed company set budgets and KPIs.
  • Assist in replenishment of stock levels.
  • Maintain the presentation of the store.
  • Act with urgency with customers and tasks.

About You:

  • Have exceptional customer service skills.
  • Take pride in your personal style and presentation.
  • Have an interest in fashion and trends.
  • Be someone who takes initiative, is quick thinking, and loves problem-solving.
  • Have previous retail experience or customer service experience. Experience in high-volume fashion retail preferred.
  • Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available for the peak period of Christmas, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
