About Our Care Role

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to enable our clients to live their lives to the fullest.

  • Assist with daily activities: Help clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
  • Mobility support: Aid clients in moving around their home or community, including transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in conversation.

Must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from your home.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant PC qualification).
  • NDIS Worker Screen.
  • WWCC.
  • Victorian Driver Licence, own reliable transport in an insured vehicle.
  • CPR & First Aid Certificates.
  • A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
