About the Role

This position involves identifying key drivers of growth and developing strategies to increase user engagement on our health platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close vigilance over performance across all channels and devise plans for improvement.
  • Analyze opportunities and challenges within our channel mix to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct ongoing iterative testing and optimization of SEM activity to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SEM platforms or associated analytics/tracking systems.
  • Lead the SEO program by setting strategy and collaborating with internal stakeholders and SEO partner agencies.
  • Establish channel forecasts and budgets, delivering on spend and revenue projections.
  • Regularly report on performance, insights, and recommendations on channel activity to internal stakeholders.
