Mercer is seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance Specialist to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert review and uplift of Risk & Compliance Frameworks for Mercer Super.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the business to provide training and grow capability in risk and compliance.
- Review industry developments and consider impacts on the risk environment and Frameworks.
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in risk, compliance, or legal roles, with a focus on Superannuation Funds.
- Proven track record of developing and reviewing Framework and Policy documents.
- Experience working in a regulated financial services business, with expertise in interpreting and translating legislative and prudential requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate with executives and senior leaders.
