Analytics Enablement Role

 

About the Position:

This is a leadership role that bridges the gap between data analytics and business to develop strategy, create use cases, and deliver them to drive business value.

The Analytics Enablement Manager will lead innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation by proactively planning for and managing interactions with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth understanding of business units and their strategic needs
  • Serve as liaison between business SMEs and the Data & Analytics team
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
  • Establish strong relationships with technical and senior stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for strategic business growth
  • Partner with data analytics teams to define and scope business problems and plans for project delivery
  • Effectively communicate recommendations and progress to ensure alignment and engagement across stakeholders
  • Track project milestones and document impact on business outcomes
  • Enhance reporting, analytics, and data science capabilities across the organisation
  • Promote the data analytics team to leverage its brand and profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. business, maths, economics, finance, statistics, science or engineering)
  • Previous experience in business analysis within a large, complex environment
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence, negotiate, manage teams, and deliver results in a time-sensitive environment
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in big data analytics and technology is highly valued
  • Ability to translate analytical insights into meaningful information
  • Naturally inquisitive and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Genuine interest and passion to learn and develop new skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
