About the Role:
We are seeking an undergraduate student to join our HSE team as a Graduate Intern. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical support on health, safety and environmental matters to production and site personnel under the guidance of the HSE leaders. Your responsibilities will include gathering and examining evidence relating to HSE incidents, risk assessment, and collaborating with others to meet shared objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Gathers and examines evidence relating to HSE incidents by participating in investigations to define the root cause of the event.
- Identifies and evaluates hazards within the work environment.
- Demonstrates self-awareness.
- Collaborates with others to meet shared objectives.
- Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
About You:
To qualify for this undergraduate internship, it is essential that you:
- Are currently studying a Bachelor degree in applied sciences or similar.
- Have between 1 and 8 units of study left to complete of your undergraduate degree.
- Are available for the full 13 months and willing to defer your studies for that duration.
What We Offer:
This is a 13-month, full-time or part-time, paid placement. The successful candidate will be required to defer their studies for the duration of the program.
