
Holistic Care Nurse

Job Description:
\This is a Grade 5 role to work as a nurse in charge. It is a fixed-term position to cover leave until March 31, 2026.
\The primary purpose of the role is to provide quality client-focused care to residents, their families and carers, using a holistic approach.
\Key responsibilities include assessment and monitoring of residents' physical and mental state.
\What You Will Do:

- Provide exceptional patient-centred care\
- Assess and monitor residents' physical and mental state\
- Develop and implement individualised care plans\
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes\
- Contribute to a safe and supportive care environment\
Requirements:
\To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills\
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management\
- Ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment\
- Current Police Record Check and NDIS check\
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders\
