Job Description:

This is a Grade 5 role to work as a nurse in charge. It is a fixed-term position to cover leave until March 31, 2026.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide quality client-focused care to residents, their families and carers, using a holistic approach.

\

Key responsibilities include assessment and monitoring of residents' physical and mental state.

\

  • Current Police Record Check and NDIS check\
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders\
