Intelligent Data Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our organization in Melbourne.
- Review and map existing business processes and procedural documentation within the team.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports, data visualisation dashboards and software packages to support internal stakeholders in delivering their objectives.
- Design and develop clear and user-friendly instruction materials - including guides, manuals, and checklists that support best practice and legislative compliance.
- Conduct data analysis, identify and investigate data issues, and cleanse and prepare data to support ongoing process improvement and sound decision-making.
- Business Process Review: Map existing business processes and procedural documentation within the team.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate reports, data visualisation dashboards, and software packages to support internal stakeholders.
- Instruction Material Design: Design and develop clear and user-friendly instruction materials.
- Data Management: Conduct data analysis, identify and investigate data issues, and cleanse and prepare data for process improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Power BI or other related business intelligence, data extracting, reporting or manipulation software and tools.
- Strong technical skills in data collection, consolidation, and analytics including experience using business intelligence, data warehousing, and enterprise content management systems.
