About the Role
  • This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible work arrangements available.
  • The salary for this role is $144,477 to $152,810 per annum.
  • The successful candidate will be based in the CBD location with opportunities for development.
About You

You will provide expert advice and support to the business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.

As an experienced leader, you will manage the TMR HR policy framework to support the efficient, effective, and responsible management of human resources across the department.

You will lead a small, specialist team in coordinating the development and review of policies and procedures within the TMR HR policy framework.

You will provide high-level advice to senior management on the development of strategic HR Governance & Policy initiatives.

You will build and sustain partnerships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders to negotiate outcomes that support the achievement of organisational objectives.

You will lead the continuous improvement of quality policy processes by working with operational areas to build policy capability and progress strategic issues.

You will maintain the department's HR Management Delegations, including providing advice to HR delegates, managers, and employees on the authorised delegated authority.

This role involves working with sensitive data, so a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment.
