Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly individuals in our community. We are seeking a compassionate and caring person to visit our client in the beautiful South Coast suburb of Albion Park Rail.

This role offers an incredible opportunity for volunteers to build meaningful relationships with older people, improving their quality of life and helping them feel less isolated.

As a volunteer social visitor, you will have the chance to:

  • Make regular visits to an elderly client at home
  • Engage in conversations, share experiences, and learn about each other's interests

We welcome individuals who can commit to weekly or fortnightly visits, depending on your availability. The visits typically last one hour, and we can discuss suitable times during the week between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday.

To be eligible for this role, you must be 18 years or older and possess a National Volunteer Police Check. HammondCare will arrange and cover the cost of the check.
