About the Role

This role involves coordinating with Regional Branches and Agents to gather information for business operations reporting. Key responsibilities include weekly DIFOT reporting, new agent establishment, and customer service support.

As a member of the WA Regional Team, this role is crucial in ensuring proactive customer service and meeting customer requirements in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers regarding outstanding queries and escalate where required.
  • Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute KPIs for customer and operations teams.
  • Process project work revenue and ensure profitability.
  • Ensure data entry into TGE Systems aligns with regional procedures and is accurate.
  • Manage connotes, operational spreadsheets, and manifests.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a support role within a transport or logistics environment.
  • Practical experience in customer service/operational environments with ability to develop further.
  • Good geographical knowledge of Western Australia.
  • Understanding of Chain of Responsibility.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and self-discipline.
  • Confident decision-making skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office/Excel.
  • Multitasking ability while meeting deadlines.
