About the Role

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as an Asset Readiness Advisor. This key role involves planning, reporting, and coordinating maintenance and work programs to ensure the reliability and availability of PTA's assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate asset information, maintenance tactics, and defect management with projects and engineering branches.
  • Ensure all post-Entry Into Service (EIS) documents and OEM manuals are prepared.
  • Provide technical support for asset maintenance plans, while driving continuous improvement in asset readiness and maintenance planning.
  • Audit and ensure completeness of DRN and EIS documents.
  • Coordinate defect management and rectification plans with project teams.
  • Provide technical support for asset maintenance and improvement projects.
About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in project defect and readiness management.
  • Relevant trade/tertiary qualification or substantial experience in a maintenance discipline.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • High-level computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and CMMS software.

Selection Criteria
