We are seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive product adoption.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B tech, with a strong understanding of GTM planning, segmentation, and positioning. They will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, creating sales collateral, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, sales, and executive teams.

  • Crafting Messaging: Develop clear and differentiated messaging for core customer segments in mining, AEC, and defence.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, product playbooks, battle cards, and internal training to equip customer-facing teams.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, gather customer insights, and monitor industry trends to inform strategy and product positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead GTM planning for new product and feature launches.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success: Equip customer-facing teams with necessary resources.
  • Understand the Market: Gather customer insights and monitor industry trends.
  • Drive Product Adoption: Work with marketing to design and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Influence Product Strategy: Champion customer needs and market opportunities by feeding insights into the product roadmap.
  • Measure & Iterate: Track metrics on product marketing impact and use insights to refine strategy.
Requirements:
  • Strong strategic thinking, with experience in GTM planning, segmentation, and positioning.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to client-first outcomes.
  • Proven ability to distil complex technical information into engaging narratives and collateral.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
