About the Role
The Facility Operations Manager will oversee the safety and operation of the facility, working closely with the Management Team to direct day-to-day activities of the Health Club, Aquatics, Programs, and Private Hires.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading by example and inspiring others with strong leadership experience
- Providing exceptional guest experiences through excellent verbal communication skills
- Ensuring compliance with work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation, and emergency procedures
- Working varied shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
- Working with Children's check and National Police Check clearance
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Prior experience in a similar role is not necessary, as all on-the-job training will be provided. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work weekend shifts and will be supported in obtaining the necessary qualifications, including Pool Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid.
