
High Growth Customer Success Manager

Job Description:
","You will be a key member of our team, managing a segment of accounts with high growth potential. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive account strategies to drive long-term success, adoption, and retention.
","This includes owning and managing a portfolio of customers that require both high-touch and scale engagement methods. You will conduct strategic touchpoints, including monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, platform health checks, and de-risking motions.
","You will also proactively identify customer risks before they surface; mobilize and project manage internal teams to address issues swiftly and effectively. Additionally, you will drive adoption of key platform features that enhance customer outcomes and improve retention.
","Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure customers achieve success with our product use cases, validated through business metrics and data insights.
","Required Skills and Qualifications:
","To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals in a SaaS environment.
","You must have a strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle, including risk identification and mitigation.
","A proven track record of managing customer portfolios through both high-touch and scale strategies is essential.
","Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
","You must be fluent in spoken and written English, with the confidence and presence to engage executive stakeholders.
","Ongoing learning and professional development are crucial in this field.
