We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relief Store Manager to join our team. As a Relief Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and end-to-end store management.

About the Role

This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week across Monday, Friday, and Saturday. You will work with a variety of locations in a given region to assist the Store Management team in covering gaps in rosters.

  • Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, leading a high-performing team, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with an above-and-beyond attitude and work ethic.
  • An enthusiastic team player who always wants to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A current full driver's license and access to a vehicle, as well as a fork lift license (desirable but not essential).
