Investment Analysis Role

This is a unique opportunity for an Investment Analyst to join a high-growth, innovative property developer and investor with integrated expertise across development, design, construction, and investment management.

The Job Description

You will drive insights that shape investment decisions and enhance fund performance as a key member of the Investment Management team. You will report to the Head of Investment Management and undertake a range of investment and asset management activities with a focus on:

  • Market research and intelligence gathering to identify opportunities and risks
  • Forecasting and financial modelling to assess fund, asset, and portfolio performance
  • Supporting investment decision-making through scenario analysis and transaction support
  • Enhancing investor and portfolio reporting platforms
  • Partnering with Asset, Fund, and Transactions Managers to deliver actionable insights
Key Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary qualified with approximately 2–4 years of experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and brings analytical rigour and commercial thinking. Experience may have been gained within corporate finance at a professional services firm or within an investment manager, advisor, or real assets developer. The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to research, interpret, and forecast market and economic trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset
