About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bras N Things Narellan Store.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week across a Sunday-Thursday roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example by creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections.
  • Assist in the training and development of the team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
  • Previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store is highly regarded.
  • Manage high stock volumes and be happy to get hands dirty when it comes to processing deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
